What is a caregiver? – You are! – And so are your friends.

You’ve been a caregiver in one way or another through most of your life.

If you are NOT a professional caregiver, but nevertheless one who has tried to help a friend, family member, associate --or yourself-- here you will find some wonderful opportunities to help others (and yourself) to get life more under control, become more comfortable with life and more alive.

The routines on this site are simple and easy, but many people get distracted when using them alone. They often don’t work unless there is a partner, someone sitting next to you, looking over your shoulder so to speak, encouraging you and expecting the next answer. It is this extra human interaction that does the job.

So we recommend that you always have a friend/caregiver sitting with you. Of course the caregiver would never make suggestions or help you with your answers because it is your routine, not theirs. He or she would only hear your answers or see what you have written and encourage you to continue.

If you are a professional caregiver, with the background you’ve developed, you will appreciate the many tools available here that you can use to make your job easier.

In case you know somebody who needs some help there are numerous quick and easy routines on this website which can help him/her clarify problems or destimulate feelings to get a little more relief and/or control over life.
